Material Selection for Air Purifiers

ABS / PC-ABS: The industry standard for the main outer housing due to its excellent balance of impact strength and surface finish. Transparent PC / PMMA: Used for control panels, light rings, and air quality indicator windows to ensure optical clarity. PP (Polypropylene): Ideal for the internal filter cages and pre-filter frames that require a degree of flexibility and chemical resistance. POM (Delrin): Used for precision moving parts like motorized louvers or sensor covers.
